Overview
Our refund and return policy last for 2 days after you cancelled book. If 2 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as bank transfer or through our payment gateway) within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items, flash sale purchases, or orders made using special discount codes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong variant was shipped by the admin@adventurebandakala.com team. If you meet these criteria and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team first.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please pack the item securely and mail your package to our operational address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us during the process) will be deducted from your total refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
